Two years have passed since you have been in Heaven. Our strength comes from you, who was so strong and brave. We will keep looking up because that is where you put our rainbows ! Love and miss you sweet Angel.

Larry & Donna, here we are, the first Advent night, when we light candles and celebrate the lights and joys of this season. A time to reflect and renew our commitments and our cherished memories and reflect upon this past year as well. We know that Rachel is a light, both to those she has touched when here on Earth and now that she has unlimited capacity to heal and light up those she is aware of, all the others hurting with her same conidtion...and all those she has left behind, her loved family and friends. I know she sees everyone and shines upon them, far brighter than any candle, or any Christmas light can. Rachel, I know that you love your parents so deeply and wish for them to know just how much you are with them tonight as well as throughout their every moment. I know Rachel would love to see you celebrate this season of light the way she so enjoyed when she was with you, and she is still with you. Be at peace Larry and Donna, and know how much you are thought of, loved and cared for during this holiday season. Rachel loves you and continues to love you, she is alive, in heaven, looking down at you, holding you, with unseen hands. She is always with you. May God Richly bless you this Advent season and please know, I just wanted to let you know, and felt led to write...that Rachel so loves you and is with you at all times. God bless the both of you.

Rachel's little miracle reached out to us all and reminded us why there is suffering along with happiness - in order to draw us to 'the other' and give meaning to our lives. When ever two or more are gathered together in her name and memory there will always be love.

Larry and Donna,

Through you God blessed this world with Rachel.

Donna and Larry,

I just found out about Rachel. My heart aches for you. I remember you telling me about Rachel and your face lighting up. It sounds like she touched so many people. It sounds like you raised a beautiful young woman. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Larry and Donna,
I was meandering through Rachelshope.net and wanted to pass a word on to you both. Though our experience together was short, Rachel left a lasting impression on me. Her courage and compassion as she faced the last days of her battle continue to inspire me, as does the love you all so wonderfully displayed for each other. I wish I could have known Rachel better, for she felt to be a kindred spirit. Know you all are thought of often...

Dear Donna and Larry,
We are so saddened to hear about Rachel's passing. Words will never do justice to express our emotions now. Rachel was such a happy and beautiful girl who was truly genuine and always put others before herself. It seems so unfair. We are so sorry for your loss ... for everyone's loss. Be comforted to know that Rachel is in a better place now, pain free, and will always be with you as your guardian angel. This world was a better place to have Rachel in it and now Heaven shares in that reward. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you now and forever.

Dear Aber family,
I worked with Rachel at Chili's in Athens and have been friends with her since. While she was living here we were very close friends. She was a truly unique person and spirit, always striving to be a better person and to make people smile and laugh. I feel very fortunate to have had her in my life. I have spoken with several Chili's co-workers from years ago since I learned of her passing. Everyone was taken back and extremely saddened by the news. We will all miss her and will always remember her.

To the Aber Family,
I met Rachel years ago working at Chili's. I'll never forget her vivaciousness, sense of humor and spirit. The short time that I spent working with her before she moved was more than enough to leave a lasting impression. I will never forget her sarcasm, her kindness, her love for life or how she cherished her friendships! May your comfort(like mine)come in knowing she is with God and that her time on earth was spent touching the lives of many. The world would be a far better place with more Rachel Aber's walking around!
Much Love and God Bless
