Bob was a good friend and neighbor. He looked out for me and was always there when I needed him. I will miss his stories during our family holiday dinners. He and I didn't agree on politics and religion, but we could have an intelligent and lively discussion and remain respectful. He was a part of our family and we will miss him. Be at peace Bob, I love you and we will honor your memory at every family gathering. Sandi Bronte

I worked with Bob at Prentice Hall and was saddened to hear of his passing. I ran into Bob a few years back after many years and was pleased to see him again. I truly enjoyed catching up on his news and will always remember him fondly. He will be missed. Please let me know when the memorial service will be held.

We will miss having Bob as a friend. He was a kind and genuine person who always had so many entertaining stories to share. --

Bob and I were such kindred spirits. The major events/interests in both our lives--adoption, Vietnam, Atlanta, education, stock market, travel--reflect striking parallels that remind me why we were true friends. And, because Bob was so very selective, if you were chosen as his friend, he made you feel special.

Bob's quest for truth was constant and his pursuit of excellence was unrelenting. He was most generous in giving to those special causes close to his heart. As a brother in combat and in peace he will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, my Friend.
