Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it to the services. My sincere thoughts & prayers go out to the Brooks family. Bill will always be a great & wonderful friend that I will cherish. I am so grateful that I was able to visit with him in January. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.

Bill was one of the most generous & caring individuals that you would ever want to meet. He cared deeply for his business, employees & associates. We will miss him greatly. Our deepest sympathy to his family, friends & our EPI family.

My deepest sympathy to the Brooks family for the loss of Billy. I remember Billy as very kind and loving with a warm heart and a generous spirit. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

It was a sincere honor to work with Bill. He was a very caring man. I hope his smile and laugh never leave my memories. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

I haven't thought of Billy for years and years, but I know that, without fail, the memory created between old friends resides in a special place and refuses to fade, but rather, waits patiently for reunion. The feelings of regret and sadness inspired by the time and distance of separation is meaningless to this type of memory, and upon reunion, instantly resumes where it was paused in the past. I like to think this experience is a preview of God's ultimate plan of reconciliation. I offer my prayers for Billy's family and look forward to the reunion that waits in the future.
