Terry Glissmann, a long time resident of Otero County, N.M. died on Oct. 24, 2018 after a long illness.
He was born in Atlantic to LeRoy and Lavonne Glissmann in 1950. He attended Walnut Community Schools. He served six years in the US Navy. Terry was in the construction industry and an avid outdoorsman.
Terry is survived by his sons Erik and Aaron Glissmann of Dallas, Texas, siblings Brenda Hamilton of Urbandale, and Tom Glissmann of Ankeny.
A memorial service will be held Nov. 11, 2 p.m., at Emma Jean's Restaurant, Walnut.
