Dear family, we are so sorry for your loss. Please accept our condolences along with our thoughts and prayers. Our families go way back, and our family ties will never be broken.

This past week, God brought us all together at a time we needed each other. On Monday, Ann was admitted to the hospital via the ER. She remains there now, the next day it came to light, Ricky learned through Andrea Thomas that Marette was in the room beside her. Coincidence, doubtful, after all we live next door to each other, so it was not that out of the ordinary. In the few days our families communicated and we here and there for support for each other.

Ann's emergency kept her confined to her room. She wasn't happy that she could not stop in and say hi, so always asked about her and the family. She would like to share a special moment that occurred on Wednesday, which is slowly revealing why she is here.

Ann received some flowers rom Gail, the moment she saw the red rose, she asked Jackie and Rick to take it to Marette, she knew them the moment they walked in, it brought. Huge ,smile to her face and she reminisced over many years gone by. I pray it brings you comfort many years to come.

Jackie: Ann we love you and I'm glad I got to see you today

Ann: Jackie, it was so great seeing you too. As bad as this demon is, he did not win today!!! You and Ricky brought a true smile to someone's heart, who really doesn't know she has something or nothing to smile bout. A seed from the sower of a beautifully red rose, gave her strength and courage to think she had been here 2 years and have been thru where I'm at. Praise God she thinks otherwise!!

Should she leave this world today, she leaves it as someone, a friend, daughter, sister, niece, neighbor, and loved. So with whatever it is with me- it's ok, we were able to let her know she was not alone and loved by many. God bless you and Ricky.

Jackie: Ann Folk it was my honor
Dear Marette, rest in peace. I'm sure Andrea, James, Ricky and myself will keep an eye on all the rabbits and deer for ya. Until we meet again!
