Mr. Anthony Campbell of Augusta, GA peacefully went home to be with the Lord on February 21, 2018. A Celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church, 815 Murrah Road, North Augusta SC 29860, Reverend Arthur L. Kemp, Pastor, officiating. Remains will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. Interment, Church Cemetery. Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, Mayhue and Marian Campbell; his sons, Anthony, Jr., and Sergio Mayhue; his sister, Christine Campbell, and his brother, Herbert Campbell. The wonderful memories of Anthony's life will be cherished by his loving wife of 44 years, Linda Campbell; his devoted daughters, LaShundra Cade, LaWanda Cade, Christi Ryan (Mario), and Nichole Campbell "Niki"; his 15 grandchildren; his 6 great-grandchildren; siblings, Shirley C. Kilgore (Ronnie), James Campbell (Edwina), and Lois Renay Campbell; mother-in-law, Jean Quiller (Charles); special sons, Jarvis Little and Curt Oglesby; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing today 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at WH Mays Funeral Home, 1221 James Brown Blvd., Augusta GA 30901, (706) 722-6401. May God continue to bless and keep the Campbell family during this difficult time. Mr. Campbell was good man who loved the Lord and his family. A true solider who has gone on to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My prayers are with the family.
