GROVETOWN, Ga. - Laverne Van Baalen, 83, wife of the late Milo P. Van Baalen, entered into rest on Saturday, June 18, 2016. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016, at Grovetown United Methodist Church, Grovetown, GA with the Reverend Sandy Heslop officiating. A native Delany, Arkansas, Ga., Mrs. Van Baalen had worked at the Medical College of Georgia in the housekeeping department. She was a member of Grovetown United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Christina H. Brenneman (Thomas Waters); two grandchildren, David C. Brenneman and Tina Marie Brenneman. Christina, Tina, and others...So sorry to hear about your losss, but we have seen Mrs. LaVerne go down for some time ow. We will all miss her but we know she is where she wants to be and that is with the Lord. Mourn her in your special way, but also know that she is missed by us all and we have good memories of her.
