Carolyn and Kathryn - I remember how supportive your mother was of the EHS Dance Team when you both were involved in all of our competitions and events. She was an inspiring woman who selflessly gave her time and love to those who needed it. May God bless you both, your father and your family in the days to come and may you find comfort in your memories of your very special Mother.

The members of the Columbia County Choral Society are still in shock over Lee's passing. Her humor and generosity will be greatly missed. We are tremendously grateful that you and your family chose CCCS for memorial contributions. That old song with the lyrics "Daddy sang bass, Mama sang tenor" will always remind us of Lee. Wishing you peace during this terrible time of grieving.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I got to know Lee when she taught the medically fragile students in Columbia Co. and later at Brookwood Elem. She was always kind and friendly and, I know, all the students enjoyed her funny "head gear". She always brought a smile to my face. Wonderful person!

Dear Sweet Lee's Family,

Your mom was a class act. We talked on facebook. I met her at Margaret's funeral. I am so sorry. No words. Lee was Evelyn's hero, and no doubt, all of yours. Love you all. Margaret was my hero.

Larry, Caroline, Kathryn, David, and Connie, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Lee was a special person. We'll miss her, but she will live in our hearts forever. From the early days in Knoxville on, she touched many lives with her charm, her humor, and her grace. A great friend and an even better first cousin. All our love, Jack and Mary

We have joined Lee and other friends for the Tuesday concerts at St. Paul's Church and often for lunch afterwards many times. We are deeply saddened by her loss and will miss her very much. May God comfort you and give you His peace in the days ahead.
With prayers and deepest sympathy,

So very sorry to hear about this, Larry. Charlotte and I met Lee only a couple of times, but we knew she was a sweetheart, and it's obvious that she made a huge positive impact on her family and students. Her passing also brings back a flood of memories of all the superb work you did to support me at SRS.
We extend to you and your family our very warmest wishes for healing in this time of loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
