Wow! I just now heard of 1SG Williams passing and it took my breath away. He was an awesome instructor, mentor and man. He used to always cheer me on at basketball games :) I now am an Army physician and I can attribute many things to him and what I learned from HHS JROTC

Rest in peace, Top. Lots of memories from the ROTC program. God bless your family.

May you rest in peace, sir. Thank you for your true leadership. I'll never forget you.

1SGT Williams will be missed! I always enjoyed his sense of humor and way of teaching. A wonderful man he was. I remember in the 9th grade at Hephzibah High, I was so afraid and nervous to be there that first day. After 1SGT Williams got through with us, I knew I would be able to make it through because of his gentle approach. Yes, a very great man will be missed indeed!

Heaven has gained a mighty "warrior angel" and the world has become a little darker. An awesome inspiration to thousands of people in his short lifetime, including me, a man I was proud to call friend. My prayers are lifted for those that remain. Never forgotten.
