I am so sorry to hear the news. Aunt Pauline will be sorely missed. My last visit was in November or December. We prayed the Rosary together and she gave me a photo of Msgr. Kluse. A couple months before that, we visited her and she was watching Shark Tank, but switched the TV to EWTN so we could say the Rosary with Mother Angelica. She was still upset about the passing of her brother Norman and sad that she was unable to be at his funeral. To say she was a prayer warrior is an understatement. She had so many Rosaries and prayed them all, everyday. Her favorite one was the Mother of Pearl from Tom and she prayed for Lauri`s conversion everyday. I think she had more prayers memorized than the pope. She always had a kind word and smile and a story to tell. I recall the day I delivered our baby Jacob, 15 years ago. Uncle Dean drove her over with a huge roast with carrots and potatoes and it was the nicest thing anyone had ever done for me. Her devotion to the faith was a great example for us all. She never complained although her legs although they were black from her `bad blood`. She loved everyone and forgave everyone. I never heard her say a bad word about anyone. Well, I pray for the repose of her soul and I can almost hear Uncle Dean say, `Hey Babe, what the hell took you so long?` - May the angels greet her and may all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. PS She had given us this crucifix about 10 years ago now. We have it in our kitchen and I will always think of her and Uncle Dean and say an Ave. May Our Lady, Queen of the Rosary, pray for Aunt Pauline.

Pauline was one of my heroines of the Christian faith. I recall wonderful visits at her home with Dean and, of course, loads of coffee with the Kaffee Klatch from Dunkin' Donuts to McD's.
My last visit was to a lovely buffet lunch while visiting her with friends over one year ago. God now has a Baroness in Heaven and if Pauline has anything to say about it, He will be Catholic shortly.
Peace to her memory.
