Dear Mom,

It has been a long, long time since I have written, but please know that you are always in our thoughts. We often quote you with some of the funny sayings you used to say. We also often remember all the Thanksgivings we shared... they were the good old days... when you and grandmom Coyle were with us!

Thanksgiving day this year was a little different... a much smaller group, only 9 of us, much easier to manage. WB spent the week with us. We missed Renee and the boys; they were in Las Vegas with their football team. Michele decide to go along and help Renee. Lance decided to spend quality time with his mother and aunt, and Michael & Kristie and Rachel and Jacob spent time with their other family. So, we had a relatively sane Thanksgiving day.

Now it is time to get ready for Christmas and all the decorating. What a job that is! Anthony spent 3 day working outside and I spent 2 day working inside with decorations, so much work!

Ten years have gone by since you passed! The Monday after Thanksgiving is alway a sad day for me because both you and Lorraine went to your heavenly home on that day. I hope you are smiling down on all of us; we could all use some heavenly guidence!

Always in our hearts,

Louisa

Hi Mom:

I keep apologizing for not keeping in touch more often, but please know that you are thought of daily! Every year seems to get busier and busier for me, now that I work with my grandson almost every night, I don't seem to get much of my stuff done! I keep saying I want to get out of the fast lane, but no one will let me in!

Well, we are approaching another holiday season without you and Lorraine, that makes me sad. I liked the good old days when we were all together so much better!

Love and miss you everyday!

Dear Mom!

It has been a very hectic, super busy year... and I am so sorry I have not been able to write sooner!! Please know that you are thought of often with very fond memories... and your memory is kept alive with all the quotes I remember you saying my whole life... lots of words of wisdom!!

Today is as you may very well know, my "Big" birthday! We celebrated the other night with a wonderful Birthday dinner at my favorite Restaurant with most of the family and a few close friends. It was a wonderful celebration! Today, I actually got to kick back a relax a little which is such a treat since I rarely get a chance to do that. Anthony and I watched Ben-Hur together, one of my favorite movies. I also got tons, and tons, of birthday wishes on FB... I am so blessed!!

I cannot help thinking how fast life is passing by... it is flying by so fast it is making my head spin! I think, I will be with you, Dad, and Lorraine, before I know it... and that makes me very happy. So, until then, please know that you are always in my thoughts and in my heart!

Love you,
Louisa

Hi Mom:

Just wanted to say "hi" on the anniversary of your passing into eternal life... it has been 7 years!! It's funny how we always think of past years as the "good old days", because that's exactly how I feel about the you!

Here we are on the eve of another Thanksgiving without you, and now without Lorraine... I will always long for the "good old days" when you were both here with us.

This evening, most of the family celebrated John's birthday by releasing some flaming lanterns and birthday balloons into the sky. He would have been 45 years old today. I hope they are having a big celebration in heaven too!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving; it will be a very hectic day for sure! We will be thinking of you... so please peek in and take a look at all those beautiful grandchildren who are all growing up so fast!! Our little Amelia, your name sake, mentions you and Lorraine often, you would be very proud of her. Rachel & Jacob recently got married... so there may be some great-grandchildren in the near future!!

Life goes on... please know that you are remembered in our hearts and often quoted fondly!!

Love,
Louisa
