Nancy and Family:

I worked with Chuck at APS in Audit Services. I was the Secretary back in 1994. I and the Boys, Keith, Larry, Dave & Roger would frequently visit the Matador Restaurant in downtown Phoenix weekly or the Yogurt shop. Your Father was very supported of my going back to school and getting by B.S. Degree at ASU. In fact, he spent many hours reviewing my papers that I had to write. I remember many stories of his love for Mexico, Paris and railroad trips. He was busy at that time learning French, and was determine. I just heard of Chuck's passing today. My thoughts and Prayers go out to the Family. He was a great man, and always had a good Cigar ready to toke up.
