A great man who made sailing fun. His boat was appropriately named "Lion Heart".

Dear Ronnie and family,
Please accept our heartfelt sympathies on George's passing. We have very fond memories of the many fun times we have spent with you and George, mostly at Penn State gatherings and Pool Parties at your beautiful home. George will be greatly missed, but fondly remembered. It was a privilege to have known him and shared happy times together.

Dear Ronnie ~
I haven't seen either of you since high school, but it was wonderful to know that your marriage had lasted and that you had a wonderful family together.
I was saddened to hear that George had passed away. I send you my heartfelt condolences and prayers for all of you during these upcoming days, weeks and months.

We will all miss George being by your side...you were the love of his life. We are so glad that he came into your life and into ours. We will miss him and his jovial presence, especially when dressed in green! Penn State is blue with such a loss. Love you, Tom and Linda Knepp

The world is a lesser place without George in it. He was a constant reminder that it is possible to maintain joy and humor in life no matter what. He will be missed.
My condolences to Ronnie.

George was a fellow sailor, skipper and great friend. Everybody likes to say kind words when someone passes, but in George's case they come easy and true, just like the course he followed in life--true in every aspect.
Boy he will be missed! God speed lovely man, you lived your dreams and did not sail past them.
