I am very sorry to hear about Bruce. We grew up together in Lanover Hills.
"God is Good, All the Time, God is Good"
I was saddened to hear about Bruce, he was a life-long friend since the first grade at Landover Hills Elementary. It is very special to stay connected from the age of six, but especially tough to lose such a friend. The memory of our most recent time together visiting spring training sites in Phoenix brings a smile and some consolation to deal with the sadness.
Bruce had the best sense of humor and always had the best Halloween costume. What a fun guy - he will be missed for sure.
All of us at Labcorp will miss you, Bruce. It was an honor to work with you these past nine years. Your sense of humor and work ethic was an inspiration to everyone.
I'll see you later, Route 17.
Alex (Route 72)
I was so shocked to learn of Bruce's passing. Although not as close as cousins should be, I thought of him frequently. I see by his page that people across the country thought highly of him and that sould be his testament. He touched many lives.
Uncle Bruce was a great inspiration to me in my youth. We learned much about each other through photography and drawing competitions. I saddens me we only recently began to correspond one more just to have it end so soon. Your in my prayers and will always be in my memories (and they are all good). Thanks to all who send their love and support.
My cousin Bruce will be truly missed. I remember his cool cars, the yellow Corvette and his Roadrunner. He was always so kind, told jokes, so friendly. Loved visiting him and his family. loved the picnics in the backyard and playing games.
Cousins, living across the miles from each other, seldom have time to sustain the friendships of their youth. Although Bruce and I seldom saw each other, we kept in touch through our Christmas cards. Pat and I will miss his cheerful words, as well as losing a wonderful family member. God bless you, Bruce.
I have fond memories of playing Clue with Pat and Bruce. They were both very patient with a sometimes annoying younger cousin. I remember how proud he was of his yellow Corvette. I will miss him very much.
Sincere thoughts to Bruce's family. We met in 1977 at our mutual apartment complex. Lifetime friendships evolved and many great times were had throughout the years. "Kentucky Derby" parties were a favorite and the betting boards never looked classier than when they had the artist-touch of "Juicy Brucey!" He will be deeply missed but always in our hearts.
As I view this guestbook for Bruiser...I see our old BBQ group in each and every post. I mourn Bruce's passing, but also am saddened that we have grown apart due to life's stresses and struggles. I hope to connect to all of you in the very near future to salute our dear friend Bruce, who was perhaps the most innocent and pure of us all. Love to all, Sue
Bruce was a great friend to our family. He was a lovable guy and will be missed dearly.
Bruce was a kind, funny and 'living life his way' kind of guy. I have many, many fond memories of our days at Ocotillo Apartments. Love to his family and all who knew him.
Bruce was a great friend of mine. He will be missed and never forgotten.
Am so sorry to the family of Bruce-he was a terrific friend with a kind heart and sense of humor- he certainly touched the lives of many people
My deepest sympathies to all of Bruce's family, friends, and co-workers. Bruce was always a kind, generous, and fun-loving friend. I will miss his annual birthday and Christmas cards.
Bruce was a good friend for 40 years. We first met in the mid seventies at an apartment complex in phoenix. We had more fun than anyone should have.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
