You will be greatly missed....Bbut Your Spirit Will Live On!!
I Love you my Friend & Brother!!
Rick was a dear friend for so many years!!... I love you Rick Lindroos!!..We shared so many good times and laughs...Being his neighbor for 3 years back in the mid 90's, was a joy and a pleasure!
God Speed Rick!!
Where does an Urban Wizard go for a layover in the journey?
Rick has likely touched down in a radiantly mossy dense green forest dotted with magnificent towering redwoods, sparsely populated with luxurious coffeehouse cafes; each one graced with a specially tuned, gleaming-black grand piano reserved for gentle souls passing through. If you're lucky to land here, you'll join in: sharing and singing among old friends your stories of love and loss while reflecting on those sublime and powerful chords Rick ponders for the aural enlightenment of all...
Leave nothing lost in your languorous lust for love, dear soul Rick...
Right! Carry on!
Rick, I mourn your passing. You were a truly unique and talented individual. We served together in the Huachuca band (I am the drummer with the bored expression in the Army band combo photo!) I was a recipient of your generousity (you gave me your Moog satellite synthesizer!). I'm glad we were able to reconnect recently. My wife and I were fortunate to attend some of your performances with Kirsten, and we thoroughly enjoyed our night at Mastros. I am glad you sat in with our Weds. night VFW swing band. It was great fun to play with you after so many years. Rest in peace, friend.
I'm sorry for your loss. May God comfort you and give you strength in your time of need. May you draw encouragement from His promise of eternal life. You have my sincere condolences.
Rick, My Best friend, Not many understood our bond. But somehow knew we were the closest of friends. I'll Miss You more than words can explain. The world today is not as Bright without You're laughter and Smile. I'll Always Love You
May God bless you and keep you until then.....
Rick was always so funny, had a smile and loved people. He always treated me w a loving heart. I loved listening to him sing and play his keyboard. Huge loss for The Van Goghs and his family and friends and I am proud to have been on his list of friends. I am soo heavy hearted when I think of his passing yet smiling when I think of him :-)
Rick will live on in his recorded music and I know that will make him smile.
Rick, I still remember the first time we met at Ft. Huachuca back in 1978. Then you got out of the Army and I went to Japan...and who did I run into but you, then in the Navy. We had many great times and I miss your music and your friendship. Rest in Peace my friend, and may the Goddess watch over and protect your generous and loving soul. Pam and family, I offer condolences...Rick was precious to many.
All I can say is what a great loss for all that knew him and all those that never met him. I'm happy that you are at peace in a better place than we are, I hope to hear you at the keyboard again in that special place. I'm sorry our time together was so short. RIP Rick.
My deepest condolences to Rick's family and many friends. While I didn't know Rick well, I knew of him and a few of his siblings.
Rest in peace Rick. Your legacy lives on through your friends, family and all the great memories you left behind.
Too soon, Rick, too soon. I am less because of losing you, but more for having known you. Rest, my friend.
A talented poet and musician and a lovely man. Rick was my classmate in several courses at Phoenix College years ago. My sincere condolences to his family.

Rick, I am so grateful that we had time to work together, both in the navy and in our academic careers. You were a wonderful friend throughout. Until we meet again, brother, I will think of you often.
