Dad, it's been one year since you left this earth and journeyed to heaven. It seems like just yesterday when I would travel home and couldn't wait to get in the door to see you and mom. Visiting on your beautiful patio, or having a drink in the pool room and then off to Via's. Each time we talked you were always so truly interested in what was happening with us and our lives. I miss giving you those updates- I miss your smile, I miss your unbelievable stories and how you knew so much about everything. I miss your wise advise and calm demeanor. I thank God everyday for giving me a father like you. We are so blessed
We're taking care of things here- I love you Dad , Patty
Christmas Eve 2013 came and went without you. Not sure how that happened or how we made it through. The thought you are gone is so painful I can't let myself dwell on the thought. You remain bigger than life and no one can fill your shoes. Thank you for giving me the gift of faith which I am relying on for the belief that I will see you again in heaven. If I didn't have that hope I'd be unable to go forward. I love you dear beloved Dad. Kath
Happy birthday to you, my dear beloved wonderful unforgettable Dad. May the good Lord bless and keep you til we meet again. I love you always. Kath
Just found out today of the loss of our one and only Uncle Bill. Wish we had found out sooner, sending our love and prayers to Pat and all his loved ones.

Kathryn and Jon our deepest sympathies from our family to yours. Your dad was a gracious and loving man. I enjoyed his company every time I saw him. God Bless
As neighbors of Kathryn and Jon, we had the pleasure of meeting Bill a few times, and we instantly knew that he was partly responsible for Kathryn love of life, her graciousness, her loving and welcoming spirit, and her ability to open her home and throw an amazing party. Nevine got to spend a few moments with Bill, after he partly lost his sight, showing him how to use an iPod. At a very stressful time in his life, he was smiling, positive and was so excited about all he could listen to. He was so thrilled that he could listen to University lectures. He definitely was a lifelong learner. Kathryn and Jon, our thoughts and prayers are with you, your mom and your family.
With all our love,
Rob and Nevine
As the father of dear neighbors, Kathryn and Jon, we only had the pleasure of meeting Bill a few times - but he exuded all of the qualities of a great guy. He was a true gentleman, always interested in others and lived and passed with dignity. We only wish we had gotten the opportunity to know him better - it is amazing to me to read the other tributes and all those who mention the wonderful loving family that he raised - that has to be the greatest tribute of all.
A few days ago at my office, a co-worker was reconciling an account and told me she was out of balance by only $1. I smiled and thought of Bill Kessler and said, "The problem is you might be off $1,000,000 one way and $999,999 the other way."
I am grateful to have had the pleasure of working with Bill Kessler so many years ago at SUCO; he will forever be a wonderful role model in my professional life.
But much more than a professional role model, Bill Kessler was an extraordinary role model when it came to family. I admired Bill as (an obviously) loving husband and father, leading his family through good times and bad with compassion, strength, humor and that special “Kessler style”.
I am blessed to have known Bill, he will forever be a wonderful influence in my life.
Mr K - a long time has passed but the fond memories of being around my great friend Bill and his good family rush through my head like it was yesterday. Thank you for those times - I will always cherish them. I miss your gracious family - say hi to Bill for me - miss you both. Darrell

She sends all her best to all
Love, Light, Grace and Godspeed Mr. Kessler. I didn't know you but thru your daughter, Kathryn, who I love, I knew your story, your victories and the incredible family passion you blessed yours with. Prayers of healing to the Kessler family and peace in knowing your Beloved is among the angels smiling on you always and forever.
The true testament of greatness is the family that you raise, the lives that you touch and the laughter that you share along the way!
You did all of this Mr. "K"! I feel so blessed to have known all of you for such a long time. Billy's Tournament, wrapping Christmas gifts and all the celebrations that you always made me a part of. Remember what I have always told you "it's all in the visuals" doesn't matter what it is - it's how you present it! You presented life in the best of ways...I will miss you...Be at Peace...
Love, Cathy C.
Bill had a gentle soul, big heart and made everyone feel they mattered the most. He loved his family, friends and was a gift from God to so many of us along they way. The Kessler family lost their leader and a Father & Son are again fishing somewhere over the rainbow. My love & prayers are with each of you.
Thinking of you all at this time. Your love for one another is so apparent when I hear stories of your Dad. I hope he and my Dad meet up and fish until their hearts content. Thinking of all of you. Liz and family
I had the honor of meeting Mr. Kessler about 5 years ago. Although I only spoke with him briefly, I have to admire a man who raises all girls and is a committed, loving husband of 62 years. This speaks of your amazing integrity, your honor to the woman in your life, and your overall character. When you passed into Heaven, I am sure you smiled and was warmed by the love your family has for you. Heaven definitely has gained another amazing angel.
We only knew Bill for a little over 10 years, but in that short amount of time my family truly found a special man. No person has ever made me stand back and think if I become half of that person I will have accomplished a meaningful life and purposeful life. The one exception was you Bill. You displayed love, compassion, integrity, class, and above all how to raise a family. I will mess your smile and friendship. Heaven is truly blessed to have you as it's newest member. I am sure that you are already setting an example of love in your new heavenly home for all the angels to follow. I will always and forever be in your debt for allowing me and my family to be counted as your friends. God Bless you Bill. Ron, Denise, Ron lll, Brittany, and the rest of your Woods Canyon family.
The world is missing a truly kind soul who made a difference in the lives of all those he touched - including mine. Love you Bill Kessler!
Your love, humor, and wit, will stay locked in my heart, and I hold the key. Love you, dad.
Dad, I treasure each & every moment of my 60 years of knowing you. We know that Billy was at The Gates to welcome you. The only reason I could possibly let you go was the thought that you would see Billy. It's been a long time since you've seen each other and it makes my heart happy to think you are reunited. Mom played the piano & sang,"May God Bless and Keep You" last night for you. We will always take care of Mom. She loves you so. As do we all. I love you dear Dad. Kathryn
Your legacy lives on through your family and all who were touched by your gentle spirit and kind heart. The world is a better place for having had you.
A life well lived. Rest in peace Mr. Kessler. Dan & Michelle
We will miss Bill's sense of humor and his genuine loving nature. His legacy will live on in the amazing family that he and Pat created. God Bless
In loving memory of a wonderful man-generous of heart and spirit in every way. Archer and I feel blessed to have known Bill and his beautiful family. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
