Dear Ros, Joe and Michelle, There are no words that can express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. David was an amazing being, always smiling, ready to lend a hand, full of adventure and spunk. Ros and Joe - you were amazing parents, always supportive of David following his passion for flying and being there for him in life. Michelle - you are a wonderful sister, caring and loving David. I hope that the many fond memories you have of your life together will help heal the pain of his loss. I wish I could be there with you to remember David. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I was heartsick when I saw David's obituary in the newspaper tonight. I remember the years he and Dustin had fun together. I never had one ounce of trouble with him at our house. He was always 'bright-eyed and bushy-tailed' in the most wonderful way! He accomplished so much in his life that you can be so proud of. Please cherish the wonderful memories you have of him. I hope to be at the services tomorrow.

Joe and Roz, Me and my wife were stunned when we got the email from Capt. Brimley last week hearing of your loss. From the bottom of our hearts we are so sorry. Whenever David would come to the station to visit, the pride in your eyes would always show how much you loved your son. I will always remember how polite and friendly he was! Of course my wife and I can never say anything that will help you with your pain. Just know that we grieve with you, and our thoughts and prayers are with you. We will be thinking of you during the service tomorrow. Take care of yourself Captain, and take care of Roz. Much love to you and your family. Sincerely, Brian and Frances Buyack

David was a wonderful boy when he was my 6th grade student, hardworking, easy going, with a quick smile and good sense of humor. If he had to leave us so soon, it was well that he was doing what he loved. The world was a better place for having him in it. We'll miss him, and offer Ros, Joe, and Michelle and family our sincere condolences.
