Dwight was a wonderful man with a funny sense of humor. I met him quite a while ago when I spent 2 summers in Phoenix with his sister, Sheila. We were swimming in the pool when Dwight and Terri came over and he immediately cracked a joke about the Canadians swimming. I liked him ever since. The world suffered a great loss with his passing. R.I.P. Dwight. Please say hello to Donna for me. Love Mary (Cheese) Gasiewski

Dwight Baack was one of the best men I've ever met in my life. From the moment I met him nearly four years ago, he treated me with kindness, and hospitality like I had known him for years. This was the type of man he was, and to all his family and friends he was a legend. The patriarch of his clan, and a strong leader with a good heart. If the measure of a man is the all the lives he touched while he lived, then Dwight's legacy will burn bright forever.

Dwight,
Just like so many others feel, it was an honor to have known you and even more so to call you family. I am so grateful for how you welcomed my family to be part of your own and all the great memories you gave us. Your good spirit and happiness was infectious and lives on in the wonderful children you have raised. We will all miss you but will look back fondly on the time we had with such an incredible man. I love you, Dwight.

Ps. Give my Mom a big hug and make sure she is behaving herself.
