Diamond Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. I am thankful that I had the privileged and Honor of knowing your dad, even though it was for a very short time. He will truly be missed. Sincerely, Paula Finley, Care Services Manager at Kingswood Place

HMC (FMF) Jim Diamond, USN (Ret.) was a man I only met a couple of times. But I knew of his kindness, compassion, humility, and gentlemanly nature from the character of the son he raised. The times I did meet him he seemed to project a quiet, calm confidence that made him instantly likable. I am sorry that I did not get the opportunity to know him better. He has left a legacy in his service, and in his family. I am proud to have met him.

Sailor, rest your oar. We'll stand the watch.

Howard C. Beam, LTJG (SSH), USNSCC

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. May your memories comfort your heart; and God help the Diamond family during this time of sorrow. Isa.41:13

Jim, I know that you remembered when Grandma Massey sang, Two Little Boys, to us when we were small boys in St. Louis and our fathers and uncles were off serving during WW11. It is with great sadness that I say good bye to you. You were the best of men. With quiet courage, ability, and compassion you served your family, friends, and your country. It was a life lived with grace and dignity. Well Done, Jim
