Jesse Gurrola Obituary
39, of Phx AZ passed away on Feb. 6, 2015. Jesse was born Dec. 21, 1975 in Riverside, CA. At 12 years old, he moved to Phx AZ with his father. He graduated from Agua Fria High School & worked as a waiter in several restaurants.
Survived by Father Jesse Gurrola Sr., Mother Martha Zubia, stepmother Diane Nunez, brothers Steven, Nickolas Anthony, Sister Delfina Gurrola, step sister Yvette, Grandmothers Guillermina, Guadalupe, Grandfather Humberto, several nephews & nieces. Services Holy Cross Cemetery 99 Ave/Thomas on Sat., Feb. 14th, 10 am- noon

My Brother Jesse me & your nephew gonna miss you very muc. Im glag we got to spend a lot of time together no matter what. We enjoyed taking you to work also hanging out in the stores and all. We love listenting to music with you an all. You will always be in our Hearts & we will be thinking of you until we meet again. Love your sister & nephew.

It's been over a month since you left us, but not a day has gone by that I haven't thought about you. It's been very hard for us all, but it's brought us closer. When we're all together, we reminisce about the great times we had with you and how much you made everyone laugh. You had such a free spirit and didn't care what anyone thought. I miss you lots, Jesse! You are loved by so many! Love you, Nino ;)
P.S. You were the last to cut my hair and I'm in need of a cut :(

Thinking of you daily since you've been gone makes me shed tears of sadness and smile from ear to ear remembering the sound of your energetic laugh. Your one of a kind personality will be missed dearly. You always made me feel so young practicing our dancing with the stars dance routine. Oh boy I will never dance or laugh the same again without you Jesse . Our first time dancing together you were on crutches!! Oh and how I'm going to miss arguing with you about my hair color. I will try and get rid of the old highlights so you can shush my dear. So many memories are going through my mind. The screams of Manny yelling "JESSE! stop touching my sister" because you would always be caressing my hair. You showed so much love and compassion towards my family and the feelings were mutual. Will never forget the look in your eyes when you felt the love of the Torres family. We gained a beautiful brother, son , cousin and uncle when you came into our lives. Miss you dearly and can't wait to hear your energetic laugh once again. Miss you so Jesse , until we laugh and dance together again brother.

Jesse, You were like a little brother to me and uncle to Jessica we will miss you greatly. The whole Torres family loves you and appreciated all the love you always gave and shared. Now you can rest in peace mijo. I will always remember your beautiful smile. Your cute little laugh and all the laughter that you gave us every time we got together at Diane's house. You didn't care what other people thought of you, so you laughed at yourself and you made sure we laughed with you. I remember the first time I met you...you were just a young little boy. I thought it was so cute how you use to look at your Tio Eddie like you both wanted to brawl and smack each other like young innocent brothers do. He always said you and Steve were the little brothers he never had. As time went by and we all grew older you both shared funny stories of your childhood at your Dad's and Diane's house and you both realized...man I guess we really did get on each others nerves...but that's ok mijo...because you all had each other. You loved to dance and you loved listening to music, so I hope you are dancing now my handsome nephew. To young to be gone...I will remember you.
