Dr Kirkham. I always thought of him as the smartest person in the room. I can't help but think of the great times in the old neighborhood. From the car and boat built in the Kirkham garage to the great capture the flag games in the alley. Bill heading to Midway for a six pack. (of Orange Crush) One of my best friends ever in Doug and lets not forget about Droopy.

Miss the old neighbors, the Kirkham family and Dr. Lindsay Jack Kirkham M.D.

Great Neighbors in Mason City. Will always remember the big Blue Bus...

The Kirkham's were an integral part of the Mason City neighborhood. Jack and Mary were so generous and patient in opening their home to the neighborhood kids (about 20-30). Dr.Kirkham built the ever popular tree house complete with swing. I babysat the Kirkham children and have many fond memories and funny stories about those years. I remember Dr. Kirkham as soft spoken and generous with his time, gifts and talents. Many times he examined cuts, scrapes, bleeding lips, etc. for neighborhood kids then quietly went home after providing comfort to the injured and peace of mind to parents. He was a gift to many but no one more than you his family.

I wish words could make this difficult time easier, but from experience I know there are few. Know you are in my thoughts as you go through this difficult time. My sincere condolences.
