So sorry it took this long to find out. I have been away for awhile. Jack Ross taught me a great deal of what I know about the automobile business, and gave me my first job as a manager as a very young man in my twenties. He was a great mentor and role model, and will continue to be missed by many

I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Family members of Jack Ross..There are so many memories I have of my association with such a dynamic person..My Husband Tom and my self were part of the group that moved to Mesa Arizona to work in his Dealership. His former Wife Acquanetta and myself were close as Sisters and we lived a few Houses from each other. Jack was always very considerate to his employees and possessed a brilliant mind for Business..I feel very fortunate to have been involved with the Family and still think of the Boys and send them my blessings

My sister and I and our husbands chaired Jack's campaign in Yuma County when he ran for Governor. They were a wonderful couple and we always loved going to their home which they opened freely for some many events. A great man!

Thanks Jack for all you did for me and our family. You were there. Although a USC guy, it never got in your way of giving a ND guy words of encouragement, wisdom, and a firm handshake. And, we agreed on the Wild Turkey.

Jack and Aquanetta were neighbors of ours for many years in Mesa, Arizona. But our association actually started years before that when our dad, Harold Jablonka, worked with Jack in California. One day it was announced that the Ross and Jablonka family would be relocating to Mesa, Arizona. We had a good relationship with the Ross family and I actually babysat the boys once in a while. We also had a few lunches together with Aquanetta in Scotsdale.

So, together with many other families, Jack Ross had a great impression on our lives. We applaud his successes and his great gifts to the community.

On behalf of the Jablonka family I would like to send our heartfelt wishes to Jack's family and friends. May he rest in peace.

I remember as a child growing up in Mesa seeing TV commercials featuring Jack and Aquanetta. The spots seemed funny back then but always had the ring of truth, honesty, and integrity. As I got older and joined our family business I recall seeing Jack and Aquanetta attending various funeral services. It was kind of a thrill to see them because to me they were, well sort of celebrities! But as soon as they spoke you realized they were very down to earth and so kind. The last time I saw Jack was at the dealership when my parents purchased their Navigator. I felt lucky to be able to chat with Jack while looking over some of his vintage cars in the show room. Times were not so rushed back then and just seemed simpler. I am very lucky to have known Jack and will alwasys remember his warm smile and gift of gab. We will miss you and we love you. Fairwell.

Mr Ross & his family were icons of our Valley culture & lore for many years. Growing up in Phoenix would never have been the same without them!

Mankind has lost a role model not only for a true American, but a "leader" among those Americans. His lifelong selfless duties are no doubt being rewarded. I grew up in Phoenix watching Jack and Acqua on TV. Each time you knew Jack was having a good time doing what he did best - making others feel good about themselves. We all take out turns exiting this life, but some leave us feeling a little more ... empty. My heart goes out to Jack's survivors as they grieve his passing, ... yet celebrate his full life which touched many!
