To my cousins,

I am so sorry at the passing of your father. He was a quiet man of integrity and great intelligence and he was someone my mother was very very proud of. I know its hard to imagine now, but the pain eventually gets replaced by fond memories. The love and privilege we feel in having had such great parents stays with us. You were so fortunate to have had the Dad you did and I know you will feel him with you always as you go through your own lives and that will bring you peace. You will be happy again. My condolences and best to Gerry. Although I never met her I knew through my mother what she meant to your Dad.

May peace and love be with you.

Love,

Toni Quirk Holland

Dear Frank Parks,
Thank you for your kind and poignant sharing about my father. I echo everything you said also. He was an extraordinary man of character, intelligence, integrity, kindness and quality, and he will be greatly missed. He was an amazing father and role model.

I met Phil in 1964. I echo his obituary in that he was a highly competent and convivial human being. I cannot ever remember a time I would not be greeted by other than his hand shake and a smile which is not common day with a lot of lawyers. He was a man of quality. My condolences to his family and loved ones.....Frank Parks ( Scottsdale )
