Joy and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Ray's passing! We hope all of your wonderful memories with him will bring you comfort. He was such an amazing person. So kind, fun, humble with great integrity. The world is a dimmer place without him and his smile. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Joy- We were Shocked and saddened to read of Razor's untimely death. Marge and I remember with great happiness your wedding in Pagosa Springs in the wonderful setting near Wolf Creek Pass and mountains . . .and the threat of a rain shower as well! I wore the pretty crazy tie-died robe and hurried through the ceremony so we wouldn't all get drenched!
Remember the Good Times. And for Razor, he is now in the loving embrace of Almighty God . .the Good Shepherd for all eternity. Blessings to you and your family. Somehow, surely only by the Grace of God, Onward!

The world is a lesser place without Ray Rodey in it. I am truly saddened to hear about Ray's passing. Ray was a real gem of a man: friendly, interested, caring, always happy to see you no matter the circumstance. Every time I saw Ray's smile my day got a little brighter, even in the last few years when his health was failing. My deepest sympathies to his two families: the Rodey family and his family at Nathan and Associates. To lose any loved one is difficult; to lose a man filled with so much love is unimaginable. May his memory be eternal!

My heart breaks for Joy and their sons as they said a final good bye to such a wonderful husband and father. I last saw Ray when my husband and I stopped at Old Muldoons in Durango those many years ago. Ray had been my student teacher in Kindergarden at Mt View. The students knew his as Mr Ray and loved him. He was nothing but kind, considerate and sensitive to the needs of those special 5 year olds. We had wonderful months together. I was sad when he chose not to continue as a teacher but know he did an exceptional job in all he undertook. I remember when he fell in love with Joy. Love and prayers, Karen Clark
