"Scooter", as you were first introduced to me and my brother in 1979 when we arrived from Jamaica. It was fun growing up with you as a neighbor and friend on Rugby Street in Philadelphia. I remember you would come over often and enjoyed sampling Jamaican food that we would prepare. I remembered you thinking that the Jamaican dish, Ackee tasted like scrambled eggs..that, was always a funny joke.. I remembered you happily escorted my brother home from middle school on his first day. So many memories... You are gone too soon. RIP friend.

My condolence to the Beasley family for your loss.
