On December 9, 2015, Edward R. I. Survived by wife Darlene, one daughter, one son, and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Saturday, 10-10:45 AM, at The Howell Funeral Home PA, 4600 Liberty Heights Ave. with memorial services immediately following at 10:45 AM. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, 217 E. Redwood St., Suite 23, Baltimore, MD 21202. Arrangements entrusted to Carlton C. Douglass Funeral Service PA, 410-669-1738.
