Mr. Frank knew fun! Certainly a partner in crime in OC back in the day. I recall those Friday night mixers Kathleen and I attended in HS and how he would shake his head as we walked out the door in our finest eye shadow and lip gloss. God's peace to you all.

To the Cirri family- I loved Frank's visits to M & M Controls and our talks about his son, daughters, his wife , Elizabeth and of course about golf. The energy and enthusiasm he spoke about his golf game, golf buddies and trips was always a treat for me. I will miss his visits. I am sure Frank is Hitting 'em long and straight on that new course he plays every day now.

One of my favorite memories is when Poppy took my cousin and I to the Timonium Fair and we walked around and sat down on the bleachers until we saw a cow give birth. We sat there for a long time and he told us jokes. I will never forgot that moment. I love you with my whole heart. Love, Max

How do you pay a proper tribute to such a wonderful and caring man of which I'm so blessed to also call my Father? My Dad's entire life revolved around his wife, children, grandchildren, family and great friends. He always had such a happiness about him and love of life. He taught us to love and lean on each other during difficult times which is how we will honor his memory. Dad, I love you so much and will miss you always. Love, Stacey

What I loved about Uncle Frank was his warm smile and his inviting presence. He always made you feel so welcome. Years could go by since he had seen you, yet he would make it feel like it was only yesterday. I see his smile in his children and grandchildren and that is such a blessing. Our love and sympathy, Michele & Tim Terway

Frank will live in those hearts his presence touched. Memories of those we love, remain with us beyond the time we share together; it's what helps us get through this heartbreak. Frank was a gentle giant who always made you feel welcome. Love and deepest sympathy to Elaine and family.

Frank, was a super nice guy, I'm so glad I began dating my husband back then because I always looked forward to getting to see you both and your warm openiness at your parties. Frank, probably already caught up with my mom up there so Frank your making her laugh as you always did at Becton. Your smile will never be forgotten either. And I always say their isn't many famalies as close as yours was. You raised a good bunch of children who are so proud to say I had a wonderful grandfather.
