The Association of Baltimore County Retired Police, Inc. extends its deepest sympathy to the friends & family of our longtime Member Harry Russell Mayer. Russ was one of the good guys. He was a great co-worker and an all around great guy. He had a keen sense of humor and was kind and considerate to all.He was a very fine Police Officer. He will be missed by all who knew him, especially by his Daughter Jackie who took great care of him. May he rest in peace.

Russ was a wonderful friend to our families. We loved his feisty sense of humor and his huge, huge heart. He faithfully served his country and his community. We are deeply saddened by his passing but also take heart that he is with his God and so many other family members, and at peace. Our deepest condolences to Jackie and family. God has a good one in heaven. Judy and Bill Fortin, Helen B. Thomas and Janet and Chris Buckingham.
