January 8, 2016 My belated Condolences and Empathy to you Governor Milliken and all your family. I had the very great pleasure and privilege of meeting Helen on several occasions during my time working for you at the Office of Economic Expansion in Brussels, Belgium - and on my visits to Lansing in the '70's. She was a beautiful, vivacious human being, full of warmth, empathy, intelligence and humour - a lovely and outstanding First Lady of the State. I remember her and your good self most fondly.
