Please except my condolences. Mr. Etheridge subbed for me when I was a teacher at Laurel Woods. I would also see him here at Phelps Luck. He was a kind man who will be missed.

I am a teacher at Deep Run Elementary School and had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Ethridge over the past several years. He always had a smile on his face and a kind greeting. Both students and staff loved him and we will all miss him here. I know we are better people having had him in our lives. God bless you all.

I am deeply saddened by this news. Mr. Ethridge was a true gentleman. We first met as he volunteered his time at Phelps Luck ES. We came to know one another again as he worked as a substitute at Deep Run ES. He was a warm, kind man. He will be missed. I'm sorry for your loss. May your memories bring you strength.

Mr. Ethridge was a true blessing to the entire Laurel Woods Elementart School community. I called him "Principal Ethridge" and always joked with him that he was probably coming in pick up his master key since he was there almost every day. We were fortunate to have him in our lives at Laurel Woods and he will definitely be missed.
