May the God of peace and all tender mercies grant you comfort of heart and solace for your most precious memories of Mr. Jay.

Dr. Jay Carrington Chunn was one of Morgan State University's distinguished 20th and 21st century educators. I was pleased to call him my colleague and my friend during his many years with us. Somehow, Morgan will not be the same without him. The absence of his voice and his smile, his intellect and his wisdom, his wit and his humor, will leave a great void in our lives. I am so grateful for the opportunity that I had to work with him and to share many laughs.

Rest in peace, My Friend!

Burney J. Hollis, Ph.D.
