Ken was the greatest man I have ever known. God put him in my life in 1998. We dated for 17 years. What a blast we had. He always said I was the best thing that ever happened to him.

The kindest man you would ever meet to everyone who crossed his path.

He taught me many a lesson in life. I miss him but he is in a better place and is no longer in pain. Thank God

My condolences to Ken Lips' family and friends. Mer him in 1977 and found him to be a font of knowledge and a man with a keen sense of humor. He will be missed. George Kinsel, Baltimore, MD

Kenny was a good friend, a wonderful help to people who had problems with financial institutions licensed by DLLR and kind to all he met. He had a wild sense of humor. He will be missed.
My sympathies to his family and dear friends.
