The Ohio Players have always been one of my favorite funk bands. I had the pleasure of meeting Sugarfoot, Diamond and the rest of the Ohio Players on numerous occasions. Sugarfoot was always so very friendly towards me each and every time. I will truly miss him at the Soul Train Cruise that they were to perform on. We loved you Sugarfoot, but God loved you more. Thank you for all of the funky music and it shall forever live on.
