Dear Alyse & family,
I first met Phil upon the advice of Jay Weinstein as I had just started my OBGYN practice in 1979. I needed a sound financial plan for my family's benefit and Jay assured me that Phil was the right man for the job. I immediately liked Phil. He was a mensch who understood what I was trying to accomplish. He set me on a course that I followed meticulously and I am very pleased to say that all of our goals have been met due to Phil's good advice. Our four children are all successful adults and have given us 8 beautiful grandchildren thus far. Marcie and I are happily retired and financially secure due to Phil's diligence and help years ago. He was a fine man and I have certainly benefited from having met him. I am certain that his memory will be a blessing to everyone who had the privilege of meeting him. Please accept our deepest condolences.

My deepest sympathies to Alyse, Greg, Erin, Chuckie, Alex and the whole family, and to our community in Syracuse, which has lost one of its brighter lights. Phil's energy, enthusiasm, grace and kindness will be missed forever, and remembered by all. Blessings to all of you.
