Samuel Penn; beloved husband of Beverly Penn (nee Max); devoted father of Mitchel (Sheri) Penn, Brian (Stefanie) Penn and Eddie Penn (Brian Gorman); dear brother of the late Lewis Penn and Bobbi Perlow; devoted brother-in-law of Mitzi Penn, Sander and the late Betty Wise and the late Albert Perlow; loving son of the late Pauline and Sol Penn; adoring grandfather of Lia, Amy, Erin and Max Penn. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane, on Wednesday, April 20, at 1 pm. Interment Beth El Memorial Park - Randallstown. Please omit flowers. My mother, who died this April 23, worked with Sam Penn at PHH. She described him as a consummate gentleman who was always good to his subordinate employees. He was one of her favorites among the execs. Best wishes to his family.
