Howard Gary Bell died May 16, 2016. He is survived by his wife of many years, Sandra L. Bell (nee Smith). He was the son of the late Anna Pennington and Bill B. Bell, Sr. and is survived by his siblings, Bill, Jr., Darlene Hicks and George. Two siblings predeceased him, Ray and Margie. A memorial service is scheduled for 5 pm on Sunday, May 22nd at Essex United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Essex United Methodist Church, 524 Maryland Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21221 or the charity of your choice.
