I am so sorry for your loss. Mr. Ernest was my family's insurance agent for over 40 years. But more than an insurance man, he was my mom's friend for many years. I have known him all of my life. He wished me well when I attended college out of stated and was very happy for me when I graduated and became a Registered Nurse. He was a very nice man and will be greatly missed. Wishing the family my deepest, heartfelt condolences.

Just found out today that Mr. Tom passed away. I work at Bob Evans and Mr. Tom frequently came in to eat, always requesting me, aka his "favorite waitress." Mr. Tom was such an awesome man, very friendly and very very entertaining. I was afraid after not seeing him at the restaurant for a couple months that something was wrong. Please give my condolences to the family, he was a great man. He actually gave me a Christmas present this past Christmas and I still have his card that he wrote me. Such a sweetheart. I will miss him very much. May he rest in peace, with his blueberry-topped waffles and his memorable smile.

To Mr. Tom's Family..I will miss him strolling down Texas Avenue bouncing a tennis ball. He was such a kind, friendly man and always stopped to say hello!

Our dear friend has gone to be with the Lord.

Tom was a dear friend of the Pigeons and the Brittons for 40 years as was his wife Fran. I first met Tom when he became one of my Taekwon-Do students in Parkville in the mid 70s. He earned his 1st degree black belt at age 50 and eventually achieved the rank of 3rd degree. Tom worked hard all his life whether it was his own insurance agency, or other side homebased businesses. Tom was also always physically active, whether it was practicing Taekwon-Do, playing in softball leagues with players his son's age, or going to the gym. He continued to officiate at our Taekwon-Do tournaments and black belt examinations, but more importantly, he attended church faithfully.

Members of Towson Bible Church will remember Tom and Fran occasionally visiting our church, going out to lunch with us afterwards, and attending the TBC socials at the Brittons' home. Even during life's hardships, Tom was always lively, happy, pleasant, friendly, funny, kind, caring, generous, and interested in the things of the Lord Jesus.
