Sadly I missed this notice but Torrey was a great professional and wonderful human being. We shared many a fun moment over many years be the moment politics to the environment or business in general. He will be missed.

Torrey was my boss when I worked at Hopkins. Everyone adored him! He was kind, interested in what you had to say, very funny and always there when you needed him. Some of my best memories from Hopkins involve stories about TCB.He was a good guy. He made sure patients were provided with good care. Donna, I remember visiting you and Torrey at your home in Balto. a number of times. Good thoughts. He lived a good life and did good things - we thank him.

I worked with Dr. Brown on various projects when he was the Secretary of DNR and found that he was probably one of the most dedicated public servants I ever met and was a very pleasant person in every way. He will be sorely missed by all.

Donna - You probably don't remember me, but you taught me piano when I was like 7 years old in Parkside Apartments. I remember you and your husband fondly. I also remember you saying "perfect practice makes perfect." That has stayed with me my whole life. My mom also was saddened to hear of your husband's death.
