My condolences to the family. Mr. Manley was a wonderful, funny, kind, and godly man. He's greatly missed.Trina D. EvansFormer Pastor, Oak Crest

Wil is my second cousin and I regret getting to know him late in life. He knew my father growing up and shared photos and letters my father sent to his mother during WWII. Thanks to Wil, I got to know a side of my late father that was unknown to me. Wil was so very generous to digitize many family photos - even home movies - to share with me and I am so very grateful for that. I will miss our emails and especially the Christmas card with the sweet photo of him and Liz. What a sweet couple!

Wilbur shared family history and photographs with me. We are first cousins. I wish we had started a lot sooner sharing information, but the pictures he gave me are priceless.
