My sincere condolences to Billy and the entire Kerr family. It was my privilege to work with Bill on many construction projects at Johns Hopkins. Bill was always a gentleman, and when he gave you his word, you knew that he would get the work done. Bill's dedication to his family, country, and business were truly impressive.
