Dad, James Imus married Darlene in October 1972. We used to go camping all summer. Condolences to the family

I HAVE KNOWN DARLENE FOR A SHORT TIME THIS PAST YEAR AT THE CHARLESTON REHAB CENTER. EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS LIMITED IN HER SPEECH, I SOON WAS RECEIVING HER WARMTH OF FRIENDSHIP IN OUR VISITS. ONE DAY AS WE HAD PRAYER FOR HER, SHE SAID "I PRAY FOR YOU TOO". THANK YOU, DARLENE!

I was so sorry to hear about your passing. You were a sweet cousin. Give Aunt Florence a big hug for me. Love you. Mary Lou

I have fond memories of Darlene; as a child she was our neighbor and friend. We would spend time playing at her home with the boys and enjoying home churned ice cream for a warm afternoon treat. I remember taking stamps to the redemption center; where she worked the counter and always greeted us with a smile along with a warm hello. Later she worked the front desk at K-Mart and welcomed us with a hello and an infectious laugh to brighten our day. I was so sorry to read of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
