Karen and family, my sincere condolences on the passing of your father, husband, grandfather, and great man. Although losing touch for many years, I wanted to send along my thoughts and prayers.

We remember Uncle Bob as a very generous and hospitable Gentleman. Our first memories of Uncle Bob date from the period about his marriage to Lue as we were staying with our Fershee Grandparents. These memories also include trips visiting our American relatives or when he came to visit us in Western Australia

While we are saddened to hear of his passing, this event has refreshed our memories of the good times we had with him. So as we morn, may this event be a celebration of a life well lived.

Good Bye Uncle Bob.

From
John and Cecilie Holmes, Don and Pam Holmes and Fern and Murray Height, Western Australia.

We are the children of Ted and Wilma Holmes (nee Fershee).
Wilma (dec. 2002) was the oldest sister of our Auntie Lu .

Dear Traut Family:

Mr. Traut was my Junior Achievement Advisor 1977 - 1980. He was a wonderfully patient teacher who cared about our little JA Companies learning everything we needed to know and being successful. I always felt that the most important thing was that we learned the why behind the what we were doing. I am certain that there were many Monday nights he would rather have been at home getting ready to watch Monday Night Football rather than getting home after the game started. He was always there to teach us right up to 9 pm and never seemed to be rushed. He taught me so much. In my closet today I still have my Steel & Wire hangers and my hunch is that you all have some of the hangers as well. Thank you for sharing him with us. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
