David passed away July 20, 2014, in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 68. He was born June 10, 1946, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of Robbie and Roxie McInturff Barham. He married Carrie Sullivan on May 19, 1967, at Fort Worth, Texas and was an Emergency Planner for the State of Texas and for Comanche Peak. David was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in Korea. David lived in Mountain Home since moving from Granbury, Texas, in 2009. He loved God, his wife, and his family. He enjoyed fishing and listening to music.
David is survived by his wife, Carrie Barham of Mountain Home, AR; son, Boyd Keith (Amber) Barham of Midlothian, TX; daughter, April Elizabeth (Michael) Halpin of Tomball, TX; brother, Jesse Steven Barham of Anderson, TX; three grandchildren, Brendan Logan and Reagan Brianne Barham of Midlothian, TX, and Alexandria Michele Halpin of Tomball, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

David was an amazing person. I worked with him at CPNPP. He was a kind hearted. He always was humming a song when I saw him and a smile on his face. He touch many lives while he was here. I know he is singing with the angels now. He will be missed. My thoughts and prays y'all during this hard time.

Thinking of you and praying for you during this difficult time. David was my "at work" Dad. I have missed him since the day he retired and think of him often when I look at the "real" pheasant feathers he gave many years ago. I rejoice knowing that one day we will meet again.
