Gary and John, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. My parents just moved to Kruse Village this past summer.

I worked in the same office with Art, in May 1962, when I was first employed by NASA-Manned Spacecraft Center. He was the most even-tempered person I have ever known - and he always had a smile on his face. Smitty, he thought you "hung the moon".
You are in my prayers. Thelma Williams, Friendswood

To the Hinners:

I'm sorry for the loss of your dear dad/husband. What a run he had.

I am thankful for great times I enjoyed at the Hinners' Timber Cove home.

What a charge Art surely had @ the many basketball games he proudly viewed, including our 59-1 8th/9th grade run @ SIS & CLHS!

Hold your heads high this Christmas season, as Mr. Hinners would surely want you to.

May our Lord bless Art's soul and your entire family.

Truly,

DC

Gary, Cristy and Austin,

A life well lived! I hope your memories comfort you now and always. Peace and love to you all..

Art was our neighbor at 103 Wyndwood for many years. When we moved to Timber Cove in 1988 we did not know anyone and Art and Smitty helped us out in so many ways. I can't begin to say how much respect I had for Art. He was a good man and a good neighbor to all that knew him in Timber Cove. Art was special and will be missed.

John and Gary,
I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I remember his patience with me trying to tie knots, (rather poorly),in Boy Scouts, as well as his loyal presence to you both at your sporting events.
My thoughts are with both of your families.

Art was a friend and good supervisor to me during the first several years of my career at NASA-JSC. I am sorry to hear of his passing.
