I was in the children's choir at the First Methodist Church in the 60's when Mr. Ringle was the church organist. I remember him as always being kind, patient, and generous with us, even when we didn't deserve it. To this day I can still see him playing the church organ in the choir loft, smiling and nodding at us kids as we sang (?) our way into the sanctuary. A true gentleman, it was a privlege to know him.
