Sending you all my sincerest condolences with the passing of Peter. I will always remember your smiling face at Jill & Pete's wedding. You are at peace now and flying with the angels. All my love from Cheryl & family (Jill's sister) xxx

To Maisie and family I extend my deepest sympathy for your sad loss. Many years have lapsed since Peter joined his golfing colleagues for the regular weekly haggle. Because he was such a good sport everyone enjoyed playing with Peter, and when it came to "working bees" he was always one of the first there. My one regret is that I didn't keep in closer touch with Peter, but, sadly, it is too late to correct that now.

From an old golfing mate,

Bill Shearer
