Patsy and Family, I am so sorry about Popeye. I remember your anniversary party at the K of C hall. Adrien and I enjoyed it so much. I think when Adrien died Popeye almost missed him as much as I did. He would always tell me things about him and Adrien and laugh. I know he was a very special friend of Adrien's. Maybe they will see each other again. What a pair!!
Love to you all. and I will have you all on my mind during this time and always.

Thinking of the Chapman Family, So sorry for your lose.Your Family was one of the first family's our family met when we moved to Caribou in 1977. And I will miss seeing Popeye at Shop N Save parked right next to the door and I would always take the time to chat with him & Patsy.Even if I was in a hurry I'd make time for them just to hear his laugh when he thought he was teasing me I'd give it right back. Always saw him with a Lottery ticket in hand, I will never forget the time I was passing him on the road and he was coming toward me on the road we both slowed down to chitchat I had a Lottery ticket in my hand "Popeye" says Big Winner? I passed it to him and drove off...It was only a Dollar.. But he got the biggest kick out of it..I'm gonna miss seeing him and will cherish the memories of him... RIP Popeye my Lotto Friend...

Dear Patsy,& Family
Their are times in our life we meet people that leave their prescence in our lives, Popeye was that kind of a person. He always had a smile but when he spoke about his wife an children it was a smile that you never seen before an had that sparkle in his eyes. Patsy you were an awesome wife, All of your children were so good to their Dad and they should walk with their heads up high. May God hold all of you in the palm of his hands through this road so hard to tread. You will all be in our hearts and our prayers. May you RIP Popeye until we all meet again an the rapture of that meeting what a celebration. Patsy even though we are not there remember we love you an we are concern about you.
