You were bigger than life when I met you as a boy at the YMCA. Your obit' tells of your love of country and your dedication to serve your fellow man. Saddened by the passing of a totally great guy. Our paths seemed to cross over the years; Vietnam, UMaine, Kappa Sig, living in Bangor. I am honored to have know him and my heart goes out to his loved ones.

I knew VITAUTS from our early days of hanging out at the Bangor Y. We were on the Y swim team and the first Bangor High School swim team.
