I met Al at Southern Illinois University in 1971. We were both in the mortuary science program. Al was our "RF" for our dorm. I had the pleasure to visit with his family on various occasions. Al was the most genuine, honest and caring man that I ever met. He would do anything that he could for you. HE watched over all of us at school, like a big brother. Al was a wonderful funeral director, he instilled me wonderful values that I utilize today as a funeral director. We have lost contact over the years but I will never forget Al. My condolences to his family. May the love of God always shine and embrace Al in heaven.

Sister Katy,
Our prayers are with you and your family. For those in Christ, to be absent from the body is to be present wih the LORD! Your love one is in a better place. May we all live lives that will allow us to be reunited with our love ones on that great day.

Katy and Family:

Remember we never lose the people we love, even in death, because their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories and hearts. May you find comfort in knowing your brother is now
receiving his just reward in the arms of our Heavenly Father.

God has BLESSED each of you by allowing you to have shared your brother’s love; and God will BLESS you with faith and strength in the days to come.

Your brother and sister through Christ Jesus,

Charles and Virginia Patterson
