Don Greer was a very kind and caring person. He was very intelligent, interesting to talk to and fun to be around. He will be missed.

Words can not express the deep shock and sorrow I feel upon learning of Don's passing. During the thirteen years we worked together in Crestwood I grew to understand what it meant to be a public servant from the example Don set for all of us.
He will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Don's family as you grieve his loss. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Some of my fondest childhood memories were of Don playing bass guitar for a rock band called "The Mother's Complex." The band played in the late sixties in my hometown of Bethalto. He was a great guy.
